Tea Ceremony 🍵 Settling into the stillness of winter through the ancient art of tea, opening the heart and grounding the mind
Sacred Sound Journey 🎶 Travelling deep through shamanic drum, enchanting vocals, moon chimes, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls - held within a Medicine Wheel
Fire Release Ritual 🔥 Surrendering what no longer serves at a potent turning point, connecting with the power of alchemy in the fire element, and making space for what is ready to unfold
Cosy Cottage Dinner 🥘 Gathering around the table to share a warm, nourishing rustic meal together as the night deepens.

About your Guides
Rachael | Embodhi Healing
Rachael is a Shamanic Practitioner, Energy & Soul therapist and the founder of Embodhi Healing. She is passionate about uniting women through ceremony, living in alignment with the seasons and connecting others to their soul aligned path. Guiding them towards deeper self-understanding, embodiment and authentic self expression.
Rachael weaves her lived initiations, lineage medicine and earth based wisdom into creating spaces of deep reflection, witness, nurturing and intuitive guidance.
Rachael has undertaken Shamanic Initiations and trainings with Sharon Bolt, Sarah Brooke and Bianca Jewell ~ in sacred space holding, the Wheel of the Year, spirit work, medicine wheels, shamanic journeying, the plant kingdom, energetic hygiene, power retrieval. She is also a qualified Holistic and Trauma Informed Psychologist, of 10+ years.
Outside of ceremony you can find Rachael walking the sunsets, on the ecstatic dance floor, tending to her garden, cuddling her cat Sissy, gazing at the moon or preparing and enjoying delicious food with her community.
Azayla | Art of Being
Azayla is an intuitive soul guide whose work weaves embodiment, expression, sound and ceremony into artisanal gatherings that bring people together from all walks of life - collectively exploring the rich tapestry of our inner worlds.
A lover of ancient traditions, sacred lands and learning from Source, Azayla has devoted hundreds of hours to deepening and refining her practice with respected teachers in Classical Hatha (Nepal), Himalayan Kriya (India) and Zen Buddhism (Vietnam). She is further guided by essential principles in energy medicine (reiki) and trauma-informed approaches (holistic counselling).
When she’s not holding space for women, teenage boys and clients with different abilities, or working with heart-led organisations to enhance the wellbeing of their people, you can find her daydreaming, dosing on hugs and laughter, sipping chai or herbal tea, wandering sunlit paths, scribbling poetic musings into the nearest notebook, singing her heart out in the car, planning her next camping trip, dancing, or taking long, luxurious naps.
Her practice looks different each day, and she remains open to the mysteries unfolding and blossoming within and around her. Her philosophy lies in embracing the art of being in every moment, and allowing this to be the gift that makes life vivid, enchanting and truly fulfilling.

We will explore your relationship to your actual Mother, Inner Mother archetype, Inner Little Girl and lost, absent or estranged loved ones. Discover how you can support yourself through Mother’s Day and how to have a living relationship with your losses.
