Rachael Torcasio is a warm, friendly, passionate and open-minded psychologist, with 8 years experience in the field of psychology + an additional 4 years working in the field of community services, child protection + case management. Rachael is also a Shamanic Practitioner* + Ceremonialist* in training. This training will see future holistic, spiritual + alternative offerings available at Embodhi.

Rachael takes pride in her “raw, real” therapeutic approach with clients. She has a passion for working with women on identity, self-worth, embodiment, dating, relationships, breathwork, trauma, intuition + spirituality. Rachael focuses on supporting women to cultivate a healthy relationship with themselves + others.

Rachael will support you to develop a deeper understanding of how your early experiences (trauma, abuse, neglect + unmet needs) play a role in shaping your personality, beliefs, emotions, relationships, behaviours + coping styles. She tends to work longer term to support you to understand, explore + heal from adverse life experiences and is passionate about working with those who value self-reflection, personal growth + those navigating life transitions + “rebirths”.

Rachael is LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional relationship friendly.

Rachael does not provide couples or family counselling and is no longer accepting new child or adolescent referrals.
