Rachael Torcasio is Holistic Psychologist with a passion for working with women devoted to self-exploration, to deepen their self-understanding, heal old patterns and access their inner resources. Through exploring identity, self-worth, embodiment, life transitions, loss, relationships, trauma, spirituality + Soul. Supporting women on their journey towards truth and wholeness.

Rachael offers a space of deep witness, gentle exploration, nurturing and intuitive guidance. Encouraging re-connection to the self + embodiment of your own inner wisdom.

Rachael has an interest in depth, transpersonal + eco psychology and is also a Shamanic Space Holder + Spirit Worker. Her training + ongoing mentorship is with Sharon Bolt. Rachael’s Ceremonial offerings are inspired by + with gratitude for these teachings.

Rachael’s offerings + services are grounded in reality, through a holistic + trauma informed lens + support women to cultivate a healthy relationship with themselves on their journey towards Wholeness + Soul alignment. Via one-on-one Psychology or Energy Healing sessions, Women’s circles + Ceremony.
